Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus-Christ. It is our greatest pleasure to welcome you in fellowship in our beautiful country of French Guiana for the coming Church of God’s convention 2010. The Convention will begin on July 25, 2010 until August 1, 2010. Please be aware of the entry formalities that are being applied:
Each group country has to appoint a delegate who will contact your closest French embassy or consulate and make arrangement for a Visa C (collective visa) and inquire for any other requirement.
Make sure that your passports are valid at the time of travelling.
COMPULSORY: Yellow fever injection at least 10 days prior departure.
The cheapest way to get to French Guiana is to travel to Trinidad and then fly to Cayenne via Surinam. The pricing information and travelling arrangement will be given to you shortly.
In order to arrange accommodation, it is very vital that you provide us with the complete list of travelers, stating who is : couple, children, male or female, single.

For the travelling arragements: there are 2 possible ways for coming. It is up to you to choose the chespest and more convenient option.
Take Air France or Air Caraibe from Martinique (direct flight to Cayenne).
Fly to Surinam and we will pic you up from there and drive you to Cayenne.
When you finally know how many of you are travelling, please send us their names, gender, if there are couples or famillies; as much details as possible and above all, the passport details. These information are necessary for us to make the lodging certificates that will be required for your entry, and also for us to make the proper arrangements for food, accomodation and transportation. I am asking everyone to say a prayer for my friend Ben. He suffered a stroke which paralyzed one side of this body. He was then diagnosed with Lupus. The doctors then found a tumor in his brain. He's in pretty bad shape, but I know God will see him through. Please say a prayer for Ben.
